It is particularly convenient for those who wish to be within three minutes easy walk to the centre of the village and the fells. It is also only five minutes walk to the  steamer pier on Lake Windermere and two minutes to the open fellside. Views of Wansfell and Loughrigg from front door.

It is ideal for exploring the many interesting places by car and has many high and low level walks directly from the door.

The cottage is open plan downstairs, lounge has electric log effect fire, colour TV, DVD  and music centre. The newly fitted kitchen has an electric cooker, microwave and fridge freezer. A staircase leads from lounge to upper floor with one double and one twin bedded room, newly fitted bathroom with washbasin, toilet and shower cubicle. Gas central heating.

Parking on lane usually in front of cottage .

All bedlinen is included, please bring towels.

One well behaved dog by arrangement.
